Scope of work:

Development of GPL to be the deepest port available on the east coast of India, the challenging job is being undertaken by ISD. The project is being executed in different packages, and presently ISD is in the fag end of completion of the project to provide navigable and designed depth in the approach channel, turning basin and for safe berthing of the vessels alongside. Despite the more adverse weather and soil conditions than foreseen, the crew and the project team is excelling to stick to the schedule with good progress in the work. The completion of this project shortly shall upgrade ISD to the higher level of being a very reliable and competent dredging contractor to develop the port right from its inception stage.
